Barcelona (November 28, 2010) Pukhtoon Students Federation Spain cabinet has been formed with Bilal Mardani as its first founding president. It is the first time that a unit of PSF has been formed over-sees although PSF members are all around the world.

Press Hamza Khan
Information Irfan Khan
Dr Hyder Ali, Foreign Affairs Secretary of Awami National Party liked the development.
Bashir Sherpao, Central President of PSF said it is a very good idea and we will work on it after talking to Asfandyar Wali, The Central President of ANP.
PSF Pakhtunkhwa Vice-President Haq Nawaz Khattak said we will start PSF all around the world.
PSF Pakhtunkhwa Majid Khan was also delighted with this development.
Central PSF leader Basit Safi said we will the message of peace of Abdul Ghaffar 'Baacha' Khan to the world!
PSF Spain President Bilal Mardani thanked Basit Safi for his efforts and said I was in PSF since Mardan College back in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa now settled here at Catalunia.
